(5) Move to Brisbane

We moved to Brisbane on the 27/12/2010. If Werner was to keep working for COOK Medical we had to relocate in order to maintain the benefits the company offered us.

We decided to fly over just after Christmas and move into a rental house that we had arranged two months earlier by flying to Brisbane on a house hunting trip sponsored by COOK.

     We all arrived at Perth airport early enough to say our lengthy goodbyes.

     Elizabeth and Alexandra were exited and spent much time with grandparents at the airport.

     We said our goodbyes and boarded the flight which was slightly delayed.

     After one night on the lounge room floor and another night on camping mattresses in the main

                                                       bedroom, the furniture arrived in one and a half containers.

     It took many hours to unload all of our belongings. The girls had a good time finding some of

                                                       their toys.

     After all was moved into the house and garage, there was not too much room left to move.

     One of the few sunny days in the beginning of January.

     The car arrives on the 4th of January. It's good to have all things together again.
